To provide feminine hygiene kits to homeless and domestic violence centers in the surrounding  Northeast area. 

Founded in 2019, Help the Flow Co. began as a Capstone Project idea that materalised after the founder, Claire, walked the streets of NYC and saw many homeless women in need.

After watching a short documentary video on the improvisations that homeless women have to go through during that time of the month, it became evident that action needed to be taken to provide feminine hygiene kits to women in need.
